Salary Range: $30000.00 - $45000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Handle client inquiries, provide information on financial services, and assist with problem resolution.
Phone Support: Respond to incoming calls in a timely and professional manner, addressing client needs and concerns.
Client Support: Offer personalized support to clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and assistance.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for future reference.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to coordinate efforts and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or courses in customer service are a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred; knowledge of financial services is beneficial but not required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
