Customer Service Representative PART-TIME - Lawrence - HeiTech Services

As a PART-TIME Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the mission of a government program located in your state. The Customer Service Representative works as a part of a dynamic team of professionals assisting the United States Citizenship and Immigration (USCIS) Application Support Center (ASC) operations.

PART-TIME employees are expected to be available all five days, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:45 am to 4:15 pm. PART-TIME employees have a set schedule of hours; however, on occasion, employees are notified the night before or day of if the need arises. Employees are regularly scheduled for 10, 20, 30 hours a week but can be altered depending on applicant volume and site needs.

This position requires the ability to pass a government clearance and drug test. All required job training will be provided for qualified candidates.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Check-in approved applicants and visitors to the ASC; provide interior and exterior crowd control; and assist with enforcing ASC rules and policies.
• Deliver outstanding front-line customer service on behalf of HeiTech Services, our partner Amentum and on behalf of the United States Government.

Skills and Abilities Required:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued suitability clearance.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand upright on one's feet for scheduled shift duration, excluding meals and breaks.
• Ability to hold and grasp applicant's hands to obtain quality fingerprints.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment with the public.
• Ability to type and use basic computer skills.
• Successful completion of the biometrics training and become certified within sixty days

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No experience is needed as all required job training will be provided.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service.

Desired Skills:

• Ability to speak a foreign language
