Are you a customer service superstar with a passion for helping people? We're looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client’s growing team in Pennington, NJ! This role offers competitive compensation ($21.00/hour) with the potential to convert to a permanent position after the 12-month contract period is completed.
In this position, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to clients and branch office partners. You will handle inbound calls, providing exceptional service and support for banking and brokerage accounts, including credit and debit cards and small business accounts. Your ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor is essential to success in this role.
Work Schedule: Multiple shift times are available, speak to the recruiter for more details. Training Shift will be Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM for the first 5-7 weeks

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2+ years of high-volume call center customer service experience.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience in banking or finance a plus!
Responsibilities:
Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to clients and internal partners.
Deliver exceptional customer service by efficiently resolving inquiries and issues.
Adhere to bank policies and procedures to mitigate risk.
Utilize multiple systems to research and resolve account issues.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to improving the customer experience.
Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
