About the Job
Our hiring manager is looking for a talented Customer Service Representative. We are looking for someone that is friendly and personable. Someone that doesn't need a lot of hand holding and is independent. This role is a contract to permanent position. The role will transition to permanent between 4-6 months.
Pay $23-$25/hr
Fully onsite- Pleasanton CA
- Answering questions: Providing information about products, pricing, and availability
- Resolving issues: Investigating complaints, identifying the cause, and selecting a solution
- Processing transactions: Taking orders, processing returns, and processing payments
- Managing customer information: Keeping track of customer correspondence, logging account information, and maintaining a customer database
- Escalating issues: Referring customers to supervisors or specialists when needed
- Providing feedback: Passing customer feedback on to the product or sales team
- Following company procedures: Adhering to company guidelines and procedures when handling customer requests
