About the Job
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, both in-store and over the phone. You will work with a team of customer service representatives to ensure that customers have a positive experience with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Answer customer inquiries over the phone and in-person
- Provide product information and assist customers with product selection
- Process customer orders and returns
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Work with team members to ensure that customer service goals are met
- Maintain a clean and organized customer service area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other computer programs
Salary and Benefits:
- This is a full-time position, Located in Port Charlotte, Florida with a daily shift from Monday to Friday. The salary for this position is $18.10-$19.70/ Hourly, depending on experience.
