Job description:
- Provide clerical support to Claims Adjuster, including data entry from policy holders into the system.
- Update and maintain accurate information on policy holders' accounts.
- Communicate via email to provide updates on claim status to policy holders.
- Review incoming claims and allocate them to designated representatives or independent adjusting firms as per established protocols.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring all documents are correctly attached to requested checks and maintain the Claim assignment spreadsheet accurately.
Nice to have:
- Bilingual: Spanish/English
- 4-40 License
- MS Excel: Pivot tables
Requirements:
- Must have (1) year of customer service experience.
- Must be interested in a career opportunity.
- Must be tech savvy to navigate and learn multiple software systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Background check required.
