Adecco is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their client’s team in Union City, CA.

What you’ll do:

• Assist customers and business partners through telephone and email communications.

• Professionally handle customer complaints, providing effective solutions with a calm demeanor.

• Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction.

• Monitor delivery routes to track progress and ensure timely service.

• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps for accuracy and quality control.

• Process order changes, cancellations, and other modifications as requested.

Qualifications:

• Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

• 1+ year of experience in a related field, preferably in a call center environment.

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues to customer satisfaction.

• Excellent multitasking abilities and exceptional organizational skills.

• Capacity to thrive under pressure and consistently deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

Note:

This role is On-site in Union City, CA. Thus, open to candidates in/around/near Union City, CA.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
