About the Job
Ultimate Staffing is currently partnered with one of the countries top Call Centers and we are currently looking to hire a full-time customer service rep who is a highly motivated individual to join our call center team in West Palm Beach, FL.
Customer Service Rep Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Follow call scripts and procedures accurately
- Meet or exceed call quotas and sales goals
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Always adhere to company policies and procedures
Customer Service Rep Requirements:
- Flexibility to work different shifts including evenings and weekends Must be available to work the closing shift from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm
- Ability to work rotational Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Punctuality and reliability are essential
- Must limit unplanned schedule interruptions such as arriving late, leaving early, or calling out
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Customer Service Rep Compensation & Detail:
- $16/hr.
- T-H
- Hours are from 12pm-8:30pm M-F & Saturday 9am-5:30pm!
