Were seeking an ambitious, hardworking and friendly Customer Service Sales Representative to be part of our growing team! Our Agency prides themselves in providing top level customer service. This position will be responsible for assisting through administrative and customer support tasks.

Salary Range: $17.50 - $20.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Assist with inbound customer calls
• Assist clients to resolve general service inquiries as needed
• Follow-up with existing and potential clients
• Review billing questions with clients
• Perform other duties as assigned

We are looking for applicants who are professional, confident, outgoing, and excited about a career in Customer Service. The ideal candidate will:

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Must be able to get P&C (Property & Casualty) Licensed
• Have a high-energy, positive approach

• Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Understand basic product, billing and processing guidelines

• Have solid computer skills with knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
