Customer Service - PrideStaff

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, with occasional half days on Saturdays once fully trained and working independent
• Reports to: Customer Service Supervisor

• Ability to type at least 45 WPM and ability to 10 key
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Light retail experience (basic familiarity with sales orders) a plus
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, preferably in Excel, Outlook, Teams
• English proficiency (read, speak, write); Spanish a plus

• Customer service demeanor: friendly and helpful
• Ability to learn/memorize large amounts of information (i.e. product skus and customer shipping details)
• Excellent work ethic: dependable, punctual
• Thrives in fast paced environment
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Detail oriented
• Able to build relationships with team members and work effectively with others

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $19.00 Per Hour
