Location: Hanover, MD
Pay: $20-$23/hourly based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
* Efficiently schedule appointments, site visits, and project milestones, optimizing resources and timelines.
* Maintain accurate calendars for project timelines, subcontractor availability, and client meetings.
* Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project specifications, and scheduling updates to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Cultivate positive relationships with clients through proactive communication, attentive service, and timely follow-ups.
Qualifications:
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach and a focus on building rapport and trust.
* Proficiency in scheduling software, calendar management tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
