Job Description
We are looking for a Receptionist/Customer Service Specialist to manage a multi-line phone system. The role involves providing product and service information, and phone support to resolve customer issues related to their alarm systems. You will troubleshoot and investigate issues, manage high volume calls, identify customer needs to achieve satisfaction, schedule customers for install and service appointments with multiple technicians, walk customers through technical issues by phone (training provided), build relationships with customers, and process account cancellations. Accuracy with data entry is essential.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Environment
-100% onsite in Damascus
-4 person office that supports a large group of in the field technicians
-Monday through Friday
-8am to 5pm
-Business Casual
