About the Job
Your mission
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales account manager for further development and closure, as necessary.
- Follow-up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
- Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer.
- Work with sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
- Assist with marketing projects as needed, including social media posting.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
- Maintain an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
Your profile
A background or a minimum of 2 years related work experience in sales, business, or customer service. Strong listening and communication skills. Strong phone presence and experience executing a high volume of phone calls each day. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Exceptional customer service skills.

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for following up on new leads, communicating with customers, actively listening to better understand their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. With our expansive range of products and services for artificial insemination, embryo transfer and associated biotechniques, we are able to effectively support our customers working in animal breeding, veterinary medicine and research around the globe. Our team of specialists are continually working for the further advancement and development of reproductive technologies.
what makes us special
Office Location:
Verona, WI, home office and remote travel are possible but dependent on the individual after training.
Travel:
Travel is not required, although there may be opportunities to visit a customer or attend trade shows as needed to represent the company. Expense reimbursement and company supplied vehicle as necessary for travel.
Full-time position:
40 hours per week, flexible as needed in a sales position. Office hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 to 4:30, Weekend hours as needed.
Salary range:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
