About the Job
Position Summary: The Customer Service Supervisor manages the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Department. The Customer Service team’s primary responsibilities are the processing and entry of sales orders, which can include updates to approved pricing. They also provide front line phone support to customers, distributors and sales representatives. This support includes product inquiries, order updates and change requests, pricing info, and other various inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Manage sales-specific administrative tasks. Oversee programs that support administrative and order processing activities and ensure efficient transactions and workflow. Ensure compliance with contractual guidelines for booking and shipment of orders, back orders, and product availability. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing service standards. Interact with key accounts and resolve escalated client issues as necessary.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related.
Experience & Skills Required:
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
- Able to work under pressure, multi-task, and manage changing priorities and workload
- Customer-centric: excellent team player
Preferred Qualifications:
Customer Service experience in a call center environment.
Proficient with Office 365 and Microsoft Dynamics.
