Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and friendly, professional manner
Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email
Follow up with customers when necessary
Route calls to other team members whenever needed
Make relevant notes from customer interactions
Identify any issues that customers might be struggling with
Process customer orders and payments
Contribute to monthly sales goals (responsible for calling lists)
Requirements
Interpersonal and customer service skills
Experience in call center or office administrative role
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Strong commuter skills
Time-management skills
Customer orientation and ability to speak to customers in a friendly and professional manner
