Customer Service Representative - Shelton, CT

We're looking for a customer service rep to join our team in Shelton, CT!
In this role, you'll make outbound calls to current customers, answer their questions, and find solutions to their needs. This may include coordinating with service providers or legal professionals and other additional responsibilities as required.
