Position: Customer Service - Financial services

Description:
The department serves as a subject matter expert and point of contact via inbound calls for company branch personnel in regards to client onboarding and account maintenance. The department will field questions related to, but not limited to document processing (status of documents, review, and document updates) and general account maintenance including account opening, navigation and modification.

Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree OR high school diploma with 2-3 years of financial or other related customer service experience.
- Customer Service Oriented
- Efficient written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills.
