Your Contributions to the Team:
Are you unphased by challenges and adept at finding solutions? Do you bring levity, enthusiasm, and optimism into most situations? Our Customer Support team is seeking a customer service enthusiast who enjoys working with people and solving problems while juggling multiple, deadline-driven tasks and projects. As the Customer Support Representative, you will interact with our customers via phone, email, or live chat and facilitate their needs by communicating with other internal departments and then providing timely updates as needed. A typical day could entail processing orders, managing paperwork requests, communicating price changes, creating new customer accounts, listening to concerns, and providing appropriate resolutions. You'll be working alongside a small group of amazing and caring team members, lead by a Customer Support Supervisor and a Customer Support Manager. This full-time hourly role is based out of our Distribution Center located at 29548 Airport Road. The typical work week is Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, although there is some room for schedule flexibility and this role does allow for hybrid remote work.
What We Are Looking For:
- At least 1-2 years of prior customer support or administrative experience (prior call center experience is a plus!)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficient computer skills with the aptitude to quickly learn and navigate technology and systems
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office Suite
- Typing speed of 60 words per minute and basic 10-key proficiency
- Professional communication both verbal and written
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build strong rapport with internal and external customers
- Ability to listen, understand, and resolve customer satisfaction issues
- Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, adjust, and follow through at appropriate checkpoints
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and basic math skills; adept at managing complex inquiries
