Customer Support (Seasonal) - Element Materials Technology

Element has an opportunity for a Customer Support Administrator to join our growing team in Fort Wayne, IN for a 6 to 8 month assignment. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a Global TIC business.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction for a group of dedicated customers. This can include answering any customer questions, recommending testing, providing reports, etc.
• Contact clients to resolve issues including but not limited to missing sample information, analysis verification, billing, etc.
• Working with Accounts Receiving to resolve payment issues as they arise
• Working with Sample Receiving to address issues with samples received
• Follow the Quality System as documented in the Quality Manual
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; comply with all rules and responsibilities as outlined under the corporate Health and Safety Policy

• A science background preferred
• Relevant experience within a lab preferred
• Highly motivated and organized individual with a flexible approach to work
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work or safety
