About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Assist the CISO in developing and implementing the organization’s cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of the cybersecurity team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Project Management: Lead and manage cybersecurity projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Policy Development: Develop, review, and update cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks, ensuring the protection of the organization’s information assets.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between the cybersecurity team and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Incident Response: Coordinate and manage the response to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
- Training and Awareness: Develop and implement cybersecurity training and awareness programs for employees at all levels.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cybersecurity initiatives and operations.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
