Job Title : CyberOps Security Engineer - Netskope & CyberArk Specialist

Job Type : C2C

Experience : 7 - 15 years

Location : New York

Responsibilities :

• Experience in CyberOps, specifically with CyberArk and Netskope.
• Hands-on experience in handling both Netskope and CyberArk platforms.
• Experience in coordinating across multiple IT and Cybersecurity teams.
• Expertise in CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) including vaulting, access control, and session monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of Netskope Security Cloud and experience in securing SaaS and cloud environments.
• Ability to manage L1 and L2 incidents efficiently and proactively.
• Solid understanding of privileged access management workflows and security protocols.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-focused mindset.
• Proactive problem solver, able to anticipate issues and provide effective solutions.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Provide expert support for Netskope and CyberArk solutions, primarily in managing privileged access across applications and production systems.
• Collaborate with other teams to promptly address L1 and L2 technical issues in a dynamic environment.
• Proactively assess current workflows and identify areas of improvement to prevent future issues related to privileged access.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to privilege access management (PAM) and enforce security policies.
• Ensure smooth operations of CyberArk vaults and Netskope's data security platform.
• Work efficiently with other IT and security teams to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of systems and processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and team members, providing updates and solutions as needed.
