Description:
The CTO Cybersecurity Services will manage the oversight of the Cybersecurity portfolio supporting interlocking and aliened offerings. The domain of expertise covers Cloud, Managed Detect and Response, Exposure Management, Endpoint Detect and Response, Digital Forensics and Incident Response, Consulting Services, OT/IoT, Identity and Access Management from a Cybersecurity perspective. This unique role will have the reasonability of participating across the other CTO and offering domains to monitor and design cross domain offerings. Collaborating with the teams on the overall roadmaps, backlogs, messaging, and GTM for the Cybersecurity Services Portfolio. The CTO will actively support the Presales organization engaging in sales strategy discussions ensuring RFI/RFP responses align to the Cybersecurity core offerings. The CTO will also provide regular updates and education to our Sales & Specialty Sales organizations to ensure accurate depiction & articulation of our services to their prospective clients. The CTO will engage in networking across divisions and with our external partners (e.g., Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Dell). The CTO will participate in public marketing & vendor events representing expertise. The CTO will effectively utilize market analysis & statistics to continue to transform the direction of our North American Cybersecurity offerings.
Core Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders (i.e., CIO, CTO, Industry Leaders, Practice Leaders, market, partners), demonstrate and deliver thought leadership.
• Develop close interlocks with Customer, Client Executive Partner, and Client Delivery executive to support client relationship management and business growth.
• Improve & innovate, quality, satisfaction and value of services delivering regular innovation workshops.
• Assist in responding to the RFP request, continuous service improvement/automation, optimization & industrialization.
• Help in steering the clients in making right technology choices for their business. Focuses on enablement, demonstration, technical sales, internal evangelism, engineering of reusable solutions and the cybersecurity strategy.
• Leverage customer relationship to ensure the account meets its financial targets (ER, OM, OE) in support of a financially healthy account.
• Lead as a pro-active integrator that supports out of the box thinking.
• Design services based on customer requirements based on requirements, considering re-usability, simplicity, costs, flexibility and fitting the design to the top standards and practices.
• Built-in Service/Technology automation in each service we provide to drive customer value and service improvement while reducing cost.
• Be the voice of the customer and actively manage expectations for service quality.
• Consult with community on adopting the technology trends and at the same time provide inputs back to the community.
• Maintain & execute on the individual development plan, ensuring certification, accreditation and technical skills remain current.
