About the Job
Description: The Administrative Assistant (AA) is responsible for (1) organizing and maintaining records in adherence with agency policy, (2) coordinating with administrative members for events, and (3) completing correspondence and communication tasks with outside parties. Daily tasks may include, but are not limited to greeting guests, photocopying, and filing documents, accepting supplies, and completing supply requisition forms. Furthermore, the AA may need to generate and edit agency.

Reports To: Administrative Members.
Education and/or experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous DDA Direct Support Staff experience preferred.
- CPR & First Aid Training.

General Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Type documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Answering phones
- Recording memos, and taking accurate meeting minutes
- Greeting participants and other visitors.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Manage equipment and supplies.
- Generate agency documents.
- Scheduling Participant (Individuals) medical appointments
- Creation and maintenance of participant (individual)charts
- Communicate and coordinate with other administrative members.
- Assist with agency events and planning implementation.
- Other tasks assigned by the Administration.
Additional Requirements:
- Employment Eligibility Verification.
- Successful completion of background screening.
