Job Details
~ A DAY IN YOUR ROLE ~
You will be working with the project managers on customer coordination of design definition, value engineering, prototype, manufacturing, delivery, installation, and on-going customer service
Support the team in developing required content for critical checkpoints on the project
Participate in prototype development process
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Mushroom existing customers in order to introduce company offerings and generate revenue
Present and sell merchandising solutions to existing and prospective customers
Partnering with the EVP to establish sales goals by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for assigned customers and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
Customer presentations to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
Join team meetings and ensure the project team is tracking and managing action items to meet client deliverables as well as distributing regular status reports to stakeholders.
~ WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM ~
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
6 + years of demonstrated success in sales, specifically B2B
3+ years of sales experience in Store Fixtures, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Healthcare, or related industry
Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and database management programs specifically the Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Experience in common CRM, including Salesforce
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Self-directed, motivated with the ability to effectively operate independently
Detailed oriented
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
