Direct Support Professionals are responsible for providing and maintaining a safe, supportive and therapeutic environment which fosters individual development, choices, and growth. Provides appropriate emotional, medical, physical, vocational, social, and educational support designed to meet the need and desire as outlined in the individual’s IP/ISP. Services are designed to assist the individual in acquiring, retaining, and improving the self-help, socialization and adaptive skills necessary to reside successfully in-home settings. These services are provided in the person’s home and in the community.

Qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- Valid Ohio driver's license (four points or less)
- Car insurance and reliable transportation
- Must pass criminal background checks
- Education: Preferred: High School or better.
- Licenses & Certifications: Required
- Driver's License: Preferred
- Medication Certification: CPR/First Aid
