This role will partner Employee Success (HR) Teams, Payroll, and IT to support process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Administer employee data changes
- Process new hires and ensure set up for a successful onboarding experience
- Assist with the involuntary and voluntary separation process
- Oversee manager self-service transactions
- Assist employees with questions regarding their last day of employment
- Manage the global work authorization program including auditing for accuracy and compliance
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations
- Work in close partnership with the Recruitment and payroll teams
- Conduct data audits of employee data in Workday
- Provide back-up support to other team members on daily tasks
- Support standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics
- Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze and interpret employee/employment data
Required Skills/Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience in human resources
- Previous experience with Workday or similar HRIS
- Proficiency in employee or customer experience through written and verbal communications
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines
- Must be well organized with keen attention to detail
