Title -Data Analytics SpecialistsLocation -Indianapolis, INEssential Duties/ Responsibilities:· Design, develop and operationalize dashboards and reports for Senior andExecutive Management, both internal and external stakeholders· Design and implement reporting and visualization for unstructured andstructured data sets· Write and optimize SQL queries· Create template for Dashboards/Reports to be used by other BI Analyst and EndUsers· Creating prototype BI models, specifications, diagrams, and charts for BIfront end applications including dashboards and reporting· Ensure technical designs accurately represent the requirements and functionaldesigns· Effectively communicates with team members and business stakeholdersQualifications/Required Skills:· Experience interacting/collaborating with a multi-functional product team· Mentoring of the business users on Tableau processes and procedures and bestpractices· Consulting, analysis, design, and development services in support of theAnalytics environment· Understanding of visual design principles· Intermediate to Advanced Tableau Development· Transforming business needs into actionable visualizations in Tableau for useby internal and external stakeholdersDifficulty of Work:Ideal candidates will be motivated, flexible, and eager to work with others inthis facilitative driven role. The Data Analytics Specialist will be expected torepresent the agency’s vision when carrying out this role.Personal Work Relationships:The Data Analytics Specialist will work closely with the agency’s performancereporting specialists, and other members of the team.
