Job Specifications
Job Responsibility
Support the removal of two large tape drives, each containing 8,000 tapes.
Assist in the coordination of the electrical and fire suppression removal.
Remove and prepare all tapes to be transported to propriety disposition.
Conduct an inventory audit of assets in datacenters.
Compare records between systems, and update as needed.
Creating and maintaining rack-level diagrams for other service providers.
Conduct and import fiber trunk information into dcTrack DCIM.
Support all physical aspects of IT equipment in Michigan Medicine Datacenters.
This includes cabinet enclosures, servers, network routers
Additional Information
Prefer candidate with 3-5 years of production experience in mission critical datacenters.
Assume Senior level skill set if available.
