Summary:
- You will work alongside three other clerks in the office.
- This role involves fast-paced daily tasks such as data entry, back-office support, and answering customer calls.
- A variety of activities will be carried out by the candidate on a daily basis.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Under general supervision, performs clerical work pertaining to all areas of the division's operating and commercial functions.
- Arranges posts, compiles, and computes data for regular and special reports.
- Types information on forms and records.
- Prepares orders for purchasing and maintains records of same.
- Answers customer inquiries both verbal and written; utilized the Customer Information Control System to electronically generate work orders as delineated in the Divisional CRT Utilization Procedures; contacts customers for arrangement of collection of amounts overdue and accept receipts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Provided back-office support including data entry, payroll, invoicing, letter writing, appointment scheduling, phone answering, and customer payment booth support.
- Work with Office 365 suite of applications.
