Job Description:
We are looking for a diligent and organized Data Entry Clerk to support our data management team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data records. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, can work in a fast-paced environment, and values accuracy and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately in company databases.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized records and documents.
- Perform regular data quality checks and cleanups.
- Support the team in preparing reports and data summaries.
- Adhere to data confidentiality protocols and ensure data security.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Skills Required:
- Strong typing and data entry skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to manage and organize large volumes of data.
