- Verifying and correcting data discrepancies in records.
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling sensitive information.
- Performing regular data audits to ensure quality and integrity of data.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and best practices.
- Collaborating with team members to complete data projects in a timely manner.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry is a plus.
- Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
