Data Entry Specialist - Fortuna BMC

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will support Medicaid providers in New Hampshire. This role provides a great opportunity to learn about Medicaid provider support and the medical eligibility and claims process. You will play a crucial role in supporting our clients by preparing, compiling, and sorting documents for data entry. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in our systems while maintaining the required documentation.

WORKSITE: 2 Pillsbury St, Concord NH

WORK HOURS: No Weekends - Flexible Work Schedule (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday)

Location: New Hampshire

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Enter data from source documents into the computer database, files, and forms.
• Transcribe information into the required electronic format.
• Obtain further information for incomplete documents when necessary.
• Combine and rearrange data from source documents.
• Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks.
• Print information when required.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
To succeed in this role, you should:

• Be proficient in MS Office products.
• Be able to type at least 40 WPM (words per minute).
• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have prior work experience in a business environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers, clients, and providers.
• Pay close attention to detail, grammar, and spelling.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment screening (background check and drug test).
