Data Lead/Architect - Metaphor Services

Role: Data Lead/Architect

Location: New Holland, PA- Hybrid

14+ years’ experience with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Services: Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, MS Fabric.

Proficiency with SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

Familiarity with Power BI for building data models and reports.

Hands-on experience in data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and implementation.

Experience in implementing data governance, data security, and data quality frameworks.

Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to data management.

Strong ability to design and troubleshoot complex data architectures.

Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in Insurance domain is a desirable
