I. Job Summary
Under general supervision, the Data Specialist is responsible for gathering and inputting all daily data. This role is also responsible for ensuring all operational data is entered and/or keyed correctly and ready for review by the Ops Analyst by the end of each working day.
Location: Sacramento, CA
Seeking local candidates to work onsite.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Communicate daily with driver(s) on designated communication platforms regarding missing time clock entries.
Validate all driver and helper information (including check-in/check-out), OPUS confirmations, and KRONOS information
Validation of Next Day Optimization (NDO) data
Manage cases and confirm/close-out customer tickets daily
Assist with data collection and reporting required for incentive pay programs
Landfill reconciliation, Area disposal reporting, update accounts in MAS with the appropriate information as needed
Shared responsibility with Business Manager to maintain data and site records
III. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
Education: High School Diploma (accredited).
Experience: No experience
B. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to successfully handle multiple projects at one time
Strong communicator, both written and verbally

The expected hourly range for this position is $21.51 – $23.50 per hour. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
