About the Job
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
- Experience with programmatic advertising analytics.
Preferred qualifications:
- 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).
- 1 year of client-facing experience, with a track record of influencing across levels.
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g.,dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).
- Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels.

As a Data Transformation Lead (DTL) for the SF Education Business, you will help Higher Ed and EdTech customers achieve their goals by promoting and leading critical data and infrastructure projects. You will be accountable for driving the business cycle for key Data and Measurement capabilities by owning Data and Measurement transformation with clients, including C-Level conversations. You will orchestrate cross-functional stakeholder relationships and adoption of first-party and third-party data solutions to drive media outcomes. You will also focus on AI Innovation through future forward solutions. You will coordinate the efforts of external and internal resources to accelerate infrastructure implementation and create consistency through Full Value Plans (FVPs) and manage the development and execution of joint technical plans.

Responsibilities
- Provide support and consulting on client's/partner’s strategy in the areas of sales, marketing or product development, and translate data into answers to business questions or insights to facilitate business decision-making.
- Develop analytical modeling for key client/partner projects, customize analytical tools (e.g., dashboards) and frameworks to identify opportunities, and develop solutions to optimize client/partner business and maximize the use of Google products.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth with clients/partners, conduct in-depth analysis and identify business opportunities, and support the development of go-to-market business pitch and marketing collateral.
- Build and manage relationships with client/partner stakeholders across functions and levels, and own the relationship with the data/analytical stakeholders on the client’s/partner’s side.
