Landry's has an open position for a Database Marketing Analyst at our Corporate Headquarters in the Galleria area of Houston, TX. This position will report to the Omni Channel Marketing Director. Under the direction of the Omni Channel Marketing Director, this role will partner with management to define the CRM strategy across multiple channels, brands, and locations. The Database Marketing Analyst will utilize the data to draw conclusions and recommendations to improve customer retention and acquisition.
Responsibilities:- Leverage data analytics and technology tools to build out dashboards, testing plans, report on success, and identify areas of opportunity
- Deliver regular campaign reporting across email and other marketing channels to optimize customer audience targeting
- Analyze data sets to identify trends, draw insights, and develop recommendations
- Supply data to teams to support marketing message content, creative and copy
- Partner with Digital Lifecycle team to understand business trends and relevant strategies
- Collaborate with digital, social, and brand management teams to execute and measure multi-channel strategies for customer engagement, acquisition, retention, and personalization
- Serve as the in-house expert on customer data points and maintain a complete customer database.
- Identify key existing and potential customer segments, develop strategies to drive customer loyalty, and spend by analyzing multiple data sources
- Report on key metrics and goals for customer acquisition/conversion and retention
- Develop and conduct A/B testing and analyze customer behavior, providing conclusions and recommendations to re-engage our customers
- Support tag management to track standardized events and related customer behaviors
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
- Develop and test programs to consistently improve ROI and achieve customer, frequency, and revenue targets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and report on significant amounts of data with exceptional attention to detail

- Minimum 5-7 years of CRM experience, restaurant or hospitality experience a plus
- BA or BS degree required
- Microsoft PowerBI, Fabric, SSMS and Azure experience
- Salesforce certifications preferred (Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Google Tag Manager certifications a plus, advanced experience preferred
- Google Analytics certifications a plus, advanced experience preferred
- Knowledge of SQL, Regular Expressions, HTML
- Experience with Python, R and statistical analysis a plus
