Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. 

A minimum of five years of management experience in developmental disability services, including supervisory and fiscal management. 

Three or more years providing direct service to individuals with developmental disabilities. 

Must have a current driver’s license, acceptable CORI report (criminal record assessment) and clear fingerprinting results.
