Deburring Technician
A client of ours in Tualatin is looking to add Deburr Technician to their team
This company specializes in machined parts and is looking for someone who is reliable, a team player and able to follow directions

Duties:
- Manually remove imperfections from parts, perform manual blending, polishing, and creation of edge breaks on precision components
- Follow the process including, but not limited to, graining, masking, deburring, and cleaning
- Apply directional lay patterns as required by customer drawings
- Install different hardware as needed
- Apply surfaces to meet customers' cosmetic requirements.
- Apply epoxy using a pneumatic epoxy gun
- Package and ship vendor parts for outside processing
- Ensure that standard procedures are followed in all aspects of work, including tool setup and operation, process verification, product inspection, documentation, and material handling
- Complete documentation, including certifications, work orders, process sheets, etc
are kept in order and filled out completely - General knowledge of cleanroom practices and the ability to work in a cleanroom.
- Perform tests required by customer specification
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs):
- HS Diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in production/manufacturing environment, no experience is okay willing to train
- Knowledge of multiple types of pneumatic sanders is preferred
- Be able to follow detailed directions accurately, read/interpret design/technical drawings, engineering specifications, and process equipment instructions
- Follow all safety protocols
Pay: $20.00-$22/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6 am-2:30 pm
