Responsibilities:- With your experience in Chairside Assistance and an amazing bedside manner. You will support the dentist during procedures, managing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring patient comfort.
- When it comes to Patient Care: Provide an unforgettable experience with a smile and your personality. Of course you must also be able to Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized environment.
- Do you love taking pictures? Use your X-Ray Imaging experience to capture those digital imanges to perfection while adhering to safety protocols. Put your best work on display!!!
- Are you proud of your denal knowledge and love to share with Patient Education? Well "Knowledge is Power" and we believe in providing patients with the best education on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment options.
- Must be OCD about Records Management and understand how accurte records leads to better patient care?
- Another OCD moment with Infection Control is required. Strictly follow sterilization and disinfection protocols.
- Love to share your ideas and Collaborate? We love to hear them as we are always looking for ways to improve our office and our patient experience. Bring those ideas with you and dont be afraid to share!!
What do you need to bring to the talbe? Glad you asked!!
- MINIMUM of 2 Years experience and in good standing with a stable dental assisting work histroy.
- Excellent communication skills with patents, Doctors and staff.
- Love to have fun and be a team player with a desire to add to an already amazing culture.
- Must have xray certification and be very proficient in taking them.
- Dental Assistant certification.
- In order to thrive at PCD, the ability to multitask is a must.
- Proficient in dental procedures and instrument handling.
- Thorough understanding of infection control protocols and OSHA standards.
