Job Title: Dental Laboratory Sales Representative
Location: Florida Territory (Remote with Travel)
Job Summary:
A rapidly growing dental laboratory is seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Laboratory Sales Representative to expand our client base by partnering with dentists in Louisiana, Florida, and Maryland - this position would only require travel in Florida unless otherwise agreed by all parties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in dental sales and an in-depth understanding of the dental laboratory industry. This role requires a self-starter who can build and maintain long-term relationships with dental professionals to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish relationships with new dentists and dental practices in Louisiana, Florida, and Maryland.
- Present the dental laboratory's products and services, highlighting quality, customization, and the benefits to prospective clients.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and in-person visits.
- Provide ongoing support and service to clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the dental industry or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of dental laboratory products and services is a plus.
- Existing relationships with dental professionals in Louisiana, Florida, or Maryland is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the designated regions.
Compensation Structure:
- Base Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 (negotiable for candidates with direct experience).
- Commission Structure:
- 3% of all revenue from new clients brought on during the first year.
- 2.5% of all revenue from clients in their second year.
- 1.5% of all revenue from clients in their third year.
