Premier Dental Center, located in San Antonio, TX, seeks an experienced, collaborative individual to join our practice as a Dental Office Manager. As a Dental Office Manager, your primary duties include scheduling hygiene and treatment appointments, tracking and ordering office and dental supplies, monitoring office budgets, greeting patients, and providing general administrative support to our clinical and non-clinical staff members.
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday.
Office Hours:
Monday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PMTuesday 8:00 AM–5:00 PMWednesday 8:00 AM–5:00 PMThursday 8:00 AM–6:00 PMFriday 8:00 AM–2:00PM
Responsibilities:
Serve as the point person for office manager duties, including hitting office budget, production goals, hiring and staffing goals, overall office performance.Answer calls, schedule patients, collect payments, verify insurance, check patients in/out, post payments, and deliver a distinctive patient experienceSchedule and conduct daily morning huddles and additional staff meetings as necessaryOrganize the office layout and order suppliesMaintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairsOrganize office operations and proceduresProvide general support to our Dentist and staff membersLead the hiring process and complete onboarding tasks for new hiresConduct annual reviews, address performance issues, ensure training requirements are up-to-date training, etc.Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, conferences, and lunch and learns.

Requirements
A minimum of 3 years as a Dental Office Manager is required
Knowledge of dental office front and backProficiency in G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, and G-Mail)Denticon experience is a plusExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environmentA creative mind with the ability to suggest improvementsHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Manager will be a plus
