WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES
This is a full-time position based at our practice in South Lyon, MI. We offer flexible hours, though typical office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Occasionally, you may attend community events to build relationships and expand our network.
As Our Dental Practice Relations Director - Patient Relationship Manager, you kick off your day by warmly greeting patients and handling receptionist duties with a smile. Throughout the day, you coordinate treatment plans, ensuring each patient's care aligns with our collaborative approach. When not helping patients, you're reaching out to local partners, managing marketing outreach, and building referral networks. Your ability to embrace technology keeps everything running smoothly-from correspondence to patient communications.
