DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR - BILLING SPECIALIST: YOUR ROLE

When you join our office in this Dental Treatment Coordinator - Billing Specialist position, you kick off the day by verifying insurance benefits and ensuring patients are fully covered for their upcoming treatments. As patients arrive, you greet them warmly, discuss their treatment plans, and explain the financial details in a clear, friendly way. You collect payments, set up payment plans, and keep everything organized throughout the day. In between appointments, you follow up with patients to answer any lingering questions or schedule their next visit. By the end of the day, you've streamlined billing, created tailored treatment plans, and helped patients feel confident about their care.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Billing experience (preferred)
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
• Experienced in customer service (preferred)

YOUR HOURS

This full-time position at our dentistry works 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
