Position Overview

The practice is looking for a dedicated general dentist to start immediately. With deep roots in the community, this office boasts a loyal patient base and a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality general restorative dentistry
• Collaborate with a supportive and experienced staff
• Maintain a patient-first approach in all interactions
• Help manage and oversee clinical operations

Practice Information

• Office Hours: Monday - Wednesday, 8 AM - 5 PM; Thursday, 8 AM - 2 PM
• Team: 3 full-time hygienists, 3 assistants, front desk staff, and a manager
• Patient Demographics: Primarily fee-for-service with limited PPOs

Equipment

• All digital
• iTero Scanner and Conebeam

Compensation

• Base Salary: $200k - $250k per year
• Sign-On Bonus: $10k for full-time dentists
• Expected Hours: 32 40 hours per week

Requirements

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
• Commitment to patient care and quality-driven dentistry
• Willingness to engage with the Redmond community
