Department Attorney - Top Tier Reps LLC

Our client's Intellectual Property Practice Group is seeking a Department Attorney to join their team in either Chicago, IL or San Francisco, CA. As a member of our team, you will work closely with clients to navigate patent laws and strategies, draft patent applications, and prosecute patents before the USPTO.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5-8 years of patent prosecution experience, with a background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent, and USPTO admission.
• Strong academic credentials, excellent judgment, communication skills, and a dedication to client service are essential.

Salary Information:

• Chicago, IL: Anticipated annual department salary of $180,000
• San Francisco, CA: Anticipated annual department salary of $180,000
