Job Description:
- The candidate must have excellent time management and communication skills, and exemplary team skills as these responsibilities will be accomplished directly or through the influence of other organizations such as engineering and design.
- Will need to be able to take the designs from initial schematic through manufacturing output so a knowledge of the PCB Fabrication and Assembly process is important.
- Prior experience in aerospace and/or national laboratory environment is needed.
- Expert experience with the latest Mentor Graphics DxDesigner and Expedition versions along with experience with the Altium CAD software are required skills.
- Also important to be a selfstarter and have the ability to multitask.
Qualifications (Security Clearance Level, etc) & Place of Performance:
- Strong PCB design skills
- Current experience with the Mentor Graphics DxDesigner and Expedition software (including CES) along with experience with the Altium CAD software are required skills.
- Also need to be experienced with Draft sight for drawing creation.
- Knowledge of the VALOR software for DFM is a plus. Skills:
- Experience w/High Speed, MultiLayer, Digital, Analog, RF, Flex, Controlled Impedance, Pairs or Mixed Signal, (BGA's, CCGA's, MicroVias, Buried Resistors,).
- A complete understanding of the library creation and management process is required.
- Experience in the generation of all Fabrication and Assembly output data (ODB++ and /or Gerbers), Fab Drawings (including panel drawings), Assembly Drawings, Pick and Place data, etc.).
