Desk Dispatcher - Blueline Security Services, LLC

This application is for Operations Desk Dispatcher

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• No felony convictions/pending felony charges
• Ability to read, write, and speak English, Bi- Lingual a plus.
• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS
• Must work over night.
• Able to pass random drug screens
• Must have valid Driver's License
• Must be able to obtain MD guard license

Basic Duties Include but are not limited to:

• Creating incident reports
• Adjusting schedule system
• Ensuring employees are onsite at remote locations
• Addressing clients and/or employees
• Auditing M-Post Reports (Guardtec Software)
• Filling open shifts
• Computer Literate
• Must be able to work independently.
• Be comfortable problem-solving using sound judgment while not compromising the policies and procedures of the organization; actions willimpact others directly and indirectly.
