2 years minimum experience providing PC support for technically adept users in a corporate computing environment.
Minimum 1 year Microsoft Entra ID (AzureAD)/M365/MS Teams support.
PC management using InTune.
Ability to confidently and clearly communicate - written and verbal - with senior R&D managers a must!
Tech must be responsive, self-sufficient, and motivated to proactively engage staff without daily onsite supervision.
