Qualifications
" Associate s degree; 3 years of related IT experience and education considered in lieu of degree
" Minimum 1 year of experience with Intune and Jamf
" Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
" Experience preferred with Desktop and Laptop troubleshooting
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
" Familiarity with ITIL process and procedures, specifically incident management, change management, and problem management
" Familiarity with a service management tool (i.e. ServiceNow)
" Ability to work in a fast paced, think on your feet team environment
" Ability to work on your own without day-to-day supervision
" Ability to handle stressful environments
" Ability to prioritize tasks
" " Good work ethic and strong team player
" Excellent troubleshooting skills
