Knowledge of computer software, operating systems, hardware, and networking-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Able to work in a team as well as independently.
Ability to configure (image) laptops and desktops (SCCM imaging using thumb drives).
Repair and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and company owned mobile devices.
Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and VPN connection issues.
Time management and organizational skills.
Experienced in providing professional and courteous customer service
